Tie up a half tenderloin

Season with some BP Money and cracked black. Into a vac bag for sous vide.

Cook for 1 hour at 135.

Cut steaks to order and onto the Mak

Time to eat. Serve with sautéed asparagus and mushrooms and a baked potato with butter and bacon.
