Sis in Law has a gasser and an oven.......I am going to have to close my eyes, swallow my pride and use the oven......It is the lesser of two evils!

Sometimes you do what you have to do. I just recieved some fresh horseradish last night from a neighbor. I will probably grate it up to use on a rib roast. I have done this several tmes before, all on my old Weber Kettle. Really good eats. Since I will be at my son's house for Christmas, I too will be limited in my choice of where to cook. I really want to cook this one my MAK.

The hardest thing to do is grate the horseradish without getting your fingers in the way. I put some creole mustard on the roast as my glue and then cover the roast with the grated horseradish. Cook to desired IT. That horseradish really flavors the whole piece of meat.
