Decide yesterday to just make some soup. In the first photo is the broth defrosting with frozen meat of some beef ribs that were to well done and fell of the bone literally.Once defrosted I took the meat and trimmed the membrane that was by the bone off and cut into soup size pieces. The broth was from a cook where I put a large Cast iron pan below a brisket with all the veggies in the fridge that were near their end and some water that I but a few beef cubes and spices in. When we took the brisket out of the foil all the rendered liquid was poor in the cast iron pan. After the cook the liquid went in the fridge and the next day the fat flat taken off then frozen.the broth is mixed 50 50 with water in the soup. Took longer to type about it then do.Now for the cheating part. Bag of frozen veggies and bagged pasta it at a simmer for 20-30 minutes until the pasta is done.
