I love to do these...

Prea heat your smoker to 400

In a pyrex pan put about a half a cube of butter and put in smoker for about 5 min to melt the butter
Cube the potatos
Spread the butter around the pan to coat

Add the Taters
Season with your favorite spices and add about 6 cloves crushed garlic if you like

Coopk for 30 minutes. sir and flip over cook another 20-30 minutes and serve...(the time on the smoker depends of the desired crispiness

Yes, I'll have some of those! (BP, you know I love the caramelized bits :))

Our kids love & request these often. They're easy to do, hard to mess up (unless you burn them)! Sometimes Olive Oil instead of butter, sometimes we'll use some rub, sometimes my homemade Ranch Dressing mix (goes well with fish), sometimes just a little salt & pepper, sometimes we'll throw in some chunks of onions, sometimes a little bacon, sometimes cheese...

The possibilities are literally endless!

I gave the potatoes a try but use a Calphalon sear non stick pan. should have taken them off a little sooner, yet were still good. Thanks for the recipe
