Making Use of the Ham

We've been putting that 12 lb ham we smoked over the weekend to use.

Mrs. TentHunteR made some Scalloped Ham & Potatoes.



Yesterday Schools were closed due to weather (including Kent State where my daughter goes). So we made some homemade buttermilk biscuits and fried up some ham & eggs for some breakfast sandwiches.


They were good, especially on a cold morning!

The potatoes and McCliffbiscuit both look stellar.

You just keep raising the bar, don't you? ;-)

I should not have looked at this before I had breakfast! I bet those both tasted phenomenal!

Now that's a real breakfast!
