Did some beef ribs and a rack of Baby Backs. Had mom and dad and my neighbor over. Started out on 180 at 11 AM. Then up to 250 at Noon. Used Tatonka Dust on the beef ribs and Sweet Rub O' Mine for the BB's.

Everyone said they were fantastic. I foiled the last hour as my mom likes them fall off the bone. I prefer non foiled as I think foiling makes the meat to mushy, but it was mothers day so... :D Had Byerlys potato salad and asiago garlic cheese bread. Will try to get more pics up later.

How long were the beef ribs on for? they look good!! I did some this weekend as well, turned out okay, I did the left overs last night, I reheated them on my GMG as I was cooking some souvlaki, at about 350 for 30 minutes or so. They were better the second time around when cooked up at a higher temperature to re heat. I had my beef ribs on for about 5.5 hours Sunday. may not have been long enough??

Beef ribs were on about 6 ish hours at max. I don't go by time usually, mostly by feel. I love beef ribs as well, but I like the short rib version better, more meat.
