So much to learn... I will be reading for days and ordering things I now know I need.

I just did my first ribs and considering I now know I can do better I can't wait to give it another try......

We have cook a lot of ribs on different cookers. Some wrapped some not. they can be done so many ways.
Some easy ones we do:
Sweet Money and Sweet Seduction rubs with Swamp Boys BBQ sauce
Eat BBQ zero to hero rub and IPO sauce
Both of the above no butter,honey ,parkay, brown sugar etc.
IF! we wrap the only thing added something like apple juice ,soft drink, beer, and yes water is used
