Inspired from my friend Andy Allen, Rooftop BBQ.... enjoy!

Hamburger stuffed with peppers, onions and Pepper Jack cheese then wrapped in a bacon weave.


Seasoned with a combination of Big Poppa's rubs.


Then on to the MAK 2 Star


Smoked at 250 degrees


Ready to eat and delicious!

Man I want one of those!

I have a bunch of your old rub containers that I reuse when I buy your stuff in bulk. Vac seal the rest in mason jars.
