Question for MAK owners

Anyone know hat the lowest smoking temp is on a MAK, and will it hold it for a while? I want to smoke beef jerky at the lowest temp I can. I see a YODER can go as low as 150-can MAK do the same?

Lowest temp on a grill can depend on outside temps.

After upgrading to the latest FW a couple months ago, my MAK 2 stays at 170-175 in SMOKE mode all day long when it's 80-90 degrees outside. Prior to the upgrade, it was 180.

The smoker drawer or Super Smoker Box on mine sits right around 100 in SMOKE mode.

Mine holds at 170-175 as well.

Our 1 Star also holds at a steady 170°ish which is perfect for beef jerky.
