Wow, I'm not sure how I missed this post, but I'm sure glad I saw it now. Your friends are lucky!

Using the Parkay trick for pulled pork? Interesting. How'd it turn out?

Tent we like to use a little foil love on our butts, judt like we would use on ribs. Turns out fantastic and makes some killer foil juice to mix back in with the pulled. We will mix about 20-30 percent foil juice with our BBQ sauce and add some to the pulled pork for a little moisture.
