Smoking 2 12b Turkeys on Memphis Elite

Howdy ! I am going to be smoking 2 12Lb Turkeys this Thanksgiving and am wondering what type of time adjustment has to be made per Lb/Hour, I will be brining both.
Appreciate the help in advance.

First off, welcome to the forum!

Not sure what you mean by "adjustments for lb/hour". Versus what, oven cooking?

What temperature do you plan to smoke it at? Are you cooking them whole or spatchcocking them? Spatchcocking will roughly cut the cooking time in half (and is highly recommended for other reasons as well)

Assuming a 250 degree cook, a general guesstimate for cooking them whole would be around 30-40 minutes per pound. Obviously, cook temp is a big factor here, you can find lots of info here regarding turkey cook temp preferences (I prefer 325).

Most important is that you cook your bird to 165 Internal temp regardless of time.
