This gem just emerged after a low n slow 5 hour smoke...YUMMO :)

I used this same recipe on a precooked spiral ham and two fresh home cured hams. The first was for Christmas Dinner and the other two were for New Years Dinner. Both turned out awesome. The in-laws couldn't keep from overeating them.
