I resent got a Louisiana Grill 680 Country Smoker.
Not sure if you are familiar them. It works great, the first thing that I did was a 12lbs turkey for family Christmas and on new years I did back ribs, large tiger shrimp, and lobster tails. I have done many racks of ribs but these turned out just about perfect the first time.

Welcome aboard Doug, I think there is a Country Smoker or 2 amongst the group. Great thing about pellet cooking is that most of what you'll see here cooking wise works on all cookers. Lots of good knowledge and even better people here. Look forward to seeing your cooks!

I know my way around a country smoker Doug... I use a Whole Hog and a Tailgator regularly.
