Something for a quick evening meal. Skirt Steak with Chimichurri sauce, Argentinian style. I followed this youtube video:

But first, wanted some potatoes. Instead of using EVOO, I decided to fry some bacon to add to the potatoes, and used the bacon grease instead of EVOO. As a heart attack survivor, my doctor would not be proud, but it was real good. Potatoes, parsley, bacon, bacon grease, and BPS Bacon Jalapeno Rub:
On the MAK at about 325°F:
Then made the Chimichurri sauce:
Then foiled some squash with BPS Desert Gold:
Then grilled the skirt steak in the MAK flame zone on some grill grates:
Everything plated up:
This was quick and easy and real good!
