BigPoppa - SRF could use your help

Well, in my opinion anyways I just glanced over there to see what recipes they were proud enough to put on their site for brisket. Hmm... one is done in an oven, another brasied and the third in a make-shift setup using a kettle as a smoker. That's all Wow, maybe you could consider giving them something a bit more in line with true smoking a wagyu brisket

They are good friends and I think they are working on something but I don think it involves me.

Why wouldn't they want advice from the King.

They are missing out on a great opportunity if they don't at least talk to you!

We are friends but the deal with every cook I have no issues with them! Also I am not sponsored by them so there is little that I would want to do for them
