Hi All
As the title says My New 2 Star General should be here today. I'm waiting for the trucking company to call with the time window.
Any Tips for assembly ?
Hoping to get it together and test fired today so I can get some ribs on it tomorrow!
I've lined up Ribs for Saturday, Chicken thighs for Sunday and Meat loaf for Monday.

Next week maybe Brisket.

Miracles Do Happen!!!
The truck Showed up Friday Afternoon ! Even though the dispatcher said no delivery till Monday. Thank God I was home to take delivery!
I assembled it and did the first burn Friday night.Going outside right now to throw on 2 racks of St.Louis.

By the way a good trick while assembling solo is to use painters tape to hold the screws in place when threading the nuts on
