Anybody have any Cookin, Seasoning, Competition Guitar Questions for BP?

How do you recommend holding meat on a Mak (on the grate) once the cook is over? Dial it back to 200f or smoke?

I wish you could dial cooking temps down to 190f, 180f, 170f in non smoke mode.

Vision I like holding meat off the cooker. in a cooler....in a warm space depends on how long....If your source of heat is buring pellets its hard to get heat without smoke and I dont mean that in a smart alec way....and the issue you have is a low heat is a smoldering fire

Pork butt - sweet money, sweet seduction, happy ending
ABT's - cuckoo racha, jallelujah jalapeño salt
Chicken - season all, happy ending or yardbird, happy ending or jallelujah
Bacon - sweet money, happy ending
Fish - jallelujah or season all, little louies & happy ending

Thanks Quadman. On a BPS pork shoulder BP uses bacon jalapeno, money, and happy ending. Will try that tonight.

actually I use a bunch of different recipes try sweet money and simply marvelous pecan with a dash of jalalujah on the top!

Thanks We try to give it to people most of our friends and family are sick of bbq...there is usually a charity that collects it
