New 2017 MAK 2 Star Flame Zone Prime Steaks

So I got my new 2 star! I cannot say that I fell back in love with it because I never fell out of love. It reminds me why I love this company and it's products so much. So many companies get a product done and then stop. MAK continues to evolve and push the envelope in outdoor cooking....they also always remember the past customers and engineer retrofitting where ever possible.

So does the flame zone work? Does Dolly Parton sleep on her back?

For fun I did the whole cook at 450 and then grill Love the new shelving system about 7 minutes a side
down to sear





That my friends is a pellet cooked steak without any auxiliary grates. More coming!
