This is a fun one.

Pre heat your Pellet cooker to 325
Take about a half pound of three different ground meats....Beef, Pork, Veal, turkey chicken. If you want you can use the same Add I package of lipton onion soup mix some sour cream diced onion and pepper salt and pepper, One egg, half cup of bread crumbs and any other seasoning you feel like

Stuff the hollowed out peppers and then top with ketchup I use Tabasco Ketchup for this I just love it

Then I top with Shredded Italian cheese mixx...parmesean mozzerella etc

put in smoker and pull at 160

Looks great BP! Stuffed peppers is a family favorite, i've been looking forward to trying them on the smoker. I gotta get out more...had know idea there was Tabasco ketchup...Hot ketchup, now were talking!

The Tabasco Ketchup is perfectly spiced...just a little bump of pepper

Very nice... I might try some smaller peppers wedged into my beer butt chicken holders.

Heinz used to make a Tabasco Ketchup, but I haven't seen it around here in ages.

Those look killer, we do an italian style stuffed pepper on the smoker and it is definitely a family fave.
