Burgers. Cash Cow? Or Double Secret Steak rub?

All:

I have just recently picked up Cash Cow, and Double Secret Steak Rub. I've only tried Cash Cow on a brisket, and it was mixed with other rubs, so I didn't get a great idea of the flavor profile. I have to do a burger cook (reverse sear) this weekend for a party, and normally I'd use my trusty Kirkland Steak Seasoning, but I'm out.

Which one of these would you use for a burger cook? Both?

You can't go wrong with either one. Split the burger cook half & half with each rub and get feedback.

Thank you. Not knowing how salty they are, will that be enough salt for a thick burger? I just don't have time to practice this one before the event.

Can't speak for Cash but DSS has Large pieces of salt in it, so You should have no problem in that area. Id go with BP and do a light coating of both. Especially since they're his rubs. LOL!!

We use both just yesterday on some SRF burgers

I like both, but prefer Double Secret for Burgers (and steaks!).

Based on the ribeyes I did I would stack them. Outstanding!!

I mix the cash cow into the ground hamburger then a light coating on both sides.
