Beef back ribs

Spent most of the week on the coast for a little RR and on the way home yesterday my smoker trigger finger was itching. Wife suggested beef ribs and I did not argue.

Picked up a rack, unfortunately the store had halved them all to fit in their packaging. Oh well, wife suggested it would be easier for me to make one for her the way she liked them so away we went!

These hit the spot after week of hit and miss restaurant food and a few cooks on a gasser! Just can't beat food cooked on a pellet smoker no matter how simple!

As I sit gagging down my protein shake...that smoke ring is killer fabulous cook good thing you are the judge this week those would be hard to beat

Thanks guys, had to do something to wash that gasser off of me! BP that mac n cheese would not jibe with your diet!
