I used a bit of my home canned venison for this, added a few spices and a good shot of Crown, made a skillet of beer bread and put both onto the Memphis Pro.
made a batch of spaetzle..
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
salt and pepper
placed some of the batter into a colander and used a spoon to press the dough into the boiling salted water. Then let the spaetzle rise to the top and cook for about 5 minutes.
It was pretty tasty! Definately warmed me up.
