This is a great way to meet a lot of BBQ people and pick up some new tricks. Andy and I will be there, he is teaching 2 classes (1 I am helping with). This will be our first year attending and we are very excited! Danielle (Diva Q), Todd (Plowboy), and many other great BBQers will be there.

Awesome! I might just have to fly out there for that. We have friends that Live in Greenville!

Do you know the dates you and Todd will be teaching the class and what is the cost?

I was asked to do a session. All set to do it and they told me they didn't want me. Danielle will be talking pellets instead of me and I'm sure she'll do a great job.

I'm going to Hammond, LA and eat the best sushi and hang with really good friends and drink some good wine, oh, and cook a BBQ contest! Think I'll like what I'll be doing mo' betta!

Can you provide details about the Saturday, competition cooking school?

Hello,

I'm planning on attending the NBBQ in Greenvilee and preparing my agenda. As a newbie, I'm trying to learn all I can and possibly open my own BBQ place up in Canada. Can you provide more details about the competition cooking class and if it'd be helpful?

thanks so much!
