A couple of boneless legs o'lamb:

Made a paste of butter, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper:

Note: it wants to stick to your hands more than the meat, I had to spread it with a spoon.

I'm running it for an hour on smoke and then 250F until an IT of 140F
