Gmg advice

New here but needing some help and advice. have been cooking comps last 3 years with the fec 100 in conjunction with goode one or uds. just picked new sponsor that sells gmg. He gave us the jim bowie to use for comps . thinking about cooking 1 of the big meats on it. mainly got it for chicken. input would be greatly appreciated

i love mine could afford a fec 100 got my jim bowie and so far last yr we walked in a kcbs 52 team comp.. in chicken and pork again love it
