Country style ribs

I like to treat them about the same as regular ribs. Low and slow (around 225°) a few hours with only rub on, then foil with some braising liquid for a couple hours at 250° - 300° for an hour or two 'till tender then finish off back on the grill with sauce or whatever your going to glaze them with.

Another way I like to do them is to smoke them low and slow for a couple hours then stick them in a Dutch Oven with some BBQ sauce a little brown sugar and a few cans of whatever kind of beans you like. Let them simmer for an hour or so and serve them up.
