Trying out some Boneless Chicken Breasts

Tonight I did some Boneless chicken breasts on the MAK for the Wife and I! Gotta love how Costco gets the chicken breast 2 to a package.

Sorry for the small qty of pics!

Anyways, used EVOO as a glue and then yardbird rub. These sat in the fridge overnight and I decided I would venture out and wrap mine in bacon.


Cooked @ 275 until IT was 165

OK but what did the wife say?

She thought hers ( just the seasoned one) was to spicey for her......LOL

She likes her chicken with just Yoshidas, so that is how I will cook hers next time.

They both look good but your's with the bacon has got to be the winner. Very nice.
