Pulled the brisket at 181°.

Added 2 cups beef broth, sealed it up tight and threw it in my hot (now turned off) oven.
I'll cut the point off later, and try to vacuum seal it in a couple gallon bags.

This is for the other Charity Auction winner's Superbowl party.

That certainly goes a long way to showing what can fit on a 1 Star. Awesome pics; bet it tasted great!
