hey my names andrew and i built a vertical pellet smoker out of a 65 gallon air tank and the traeger hopper assembly i have three racks in the smoker i have the fire box in the bottome of the tank and the hot plate over it with another ss drip plat to push the heat and smoke to the outside the smoke stack is at the to on the right side top and hopper on the bottom left. it seams to be getting very hot at the top rack does anyone have any info or suggestions to help me out thanks !!!

just a question about 40 pound bags of pellets do they ship seperately or if i order multiple items is it all one box? i ask because i dont want stuff crushed by them.

Hey Big Poppa, it's Jimmy Dings. Was looking for your opinion if you get this o n time. Going to smoke a 6lb beef tenderloin on Sunday. I understand they tend to cook fast. Your ideas on temp, and idea on time and what flavor pellet would you use?

I am trying to place an order on your web site but can not remember my password and when I do the "forgot your password" routine it says one was emailed to me but it is not. It is really frustrating when you are prevented from placing an order by the company you are trying to purchase from. You should be able to order without setting up accounts and remembering user names and passwords.
