Had my smoker for about two weeks now and I'm addicted. Started with country-style pork ribs, then a brisket, followed by spare ribs, a boneless ribeye roast and today a pork belly and hunk of pork shoulder. Great food. I'm hoping to fine tune some recipes and enter at least one BBQ competition...
