A friend of mine gave me a leg and shoulder. I was going to brine it like pork belly and try either hickory/cherry or that savory herb. I trying for that sandwich ham flavor.:D:D

Hi I'm in Corpus Christi Texas. I like to saltwater fish and process meat,make sausage BBQ,cook and a few other hobbies also.I have a masterbuilt digital smoker with a smoke pistol. I love this combo. I'm trying to improve my smoking technique. :)
