Need help/ advise from the Master! I am going to do my first spare ribs this weekend. I would like to know the steps you use. Temperature, approximate amount of time, internal temperature, etc. Any and all help you would be willing to give to me would be greatly appreciated.

Noticed on a couple of threads you state that you threw in some paticular flavor of pellets during a cook. My question is are you emptying your hopper, or do you measure out enough pellets for that cook only?
