Memphis Built in vs stand alone?

Will buy a pellet smoker soon... are there disadvantages to the Memphis built-in model vs its standing model? Mobility, obviously, but what about maintenance, cooking space, complexity of use, etc? Is anyone aware of anything significant to weigh against a built in model?

Has anyone converted a MAK into something like a built in?

    Thanks!

NObody yet has converted a MAK and there is no difference between the Memphis Built in and the stand alone except for the mobility in accessing the pellet storage

Big Poppa is correct. The grill head and performance are identical.

Mine will be built in. As far as the pellet hoppers, is there a process to emptying them to change the flavor? Is there an option to use one or both, or are they automatically both going to feed pellets?

    Thanks

no quick change with the memphis and they run parrallel not individually but it is a neat blend feature.....cherry on the right and pecan on the left.....or whatever you like to combine
