    New to PelletSmokin

Hello from Northeast Florida. Love my stick burner but tying a new pellet smoker smaller cooks around the house. I have been intrigued by the set it and forget it till morning smokers instead of the all night cooks. As I am getting a little older I seem to enjoy the sleep a little more these days. Getting a new pellet in a week or so and I am looking forward to playing around with it. I look forward to reading a bunch on this site and having a good time with fellowship on here.
