    What's up everyone

I just recently made the jump into pellet smoking, got a deal on a camp chef smokepro that I couldn't pass up. Started grilling on a Weber kettle, moved to smoking on that, purchased an akorn, then a ceramic. Most of my buddies have raved about their pellet cookers so I figured I'd give it a shot. Love the idea of set and forget. Looking forward to learning what I can from this forum, as well as hopefully contributing.

I too started on a Weber Kettle and learned how to smoke low & Slow on it and eventually moved into Pellet Grilling/smoking.
