Pulled the trigger on MAK 2 Star #2

My fist 2 Star (2014) was great and I’ve decided to get the newer model for the obvious reasons and one some may not have though of. If you have had creatures fascinated with your exposed grease bucket you’ll appreciate the now internal grease capture system. The old model is now with a friend and the wait begins for #2 to arrive.

I did the same thing last year. No regrets. My "new" one was just prior to the advent of the updated FZ (which I recently got).

You are going to love it!

Looking to pull the trigger also. Currently have a Yoder but I am intrigued by the MAK features.

Finally had the opportunity to get the beast assembled yesterday and seasoned. As I did with the original #1915, the new 2-Star's maiden smoke will be a pork butt. Heading into the smoker at 7:30am tomorrow
