    No, I use it all the time. Got it used.and broken when a great uncle Humpty'd it. Fixed it back up and been using it all last summer.

    No turkey this year

    15 pound packer trimmed down to about 12.5 pounds. Rubbed with a modified version of Big Bad Beef Rub off Amazing Ribs website. Wrapped and in the fridge for 24 hours.
    Started out at 180 for 3 hours then up to 225 for rest of the cook. On at 9 PM Wednesday, wrapped in butcher paper at 8 AM. Pulled of at Noon and wrapped in foil and towels in the cooler till 2:30 PM. Came out super moist and great flavor. 9 of us, no left overs :P
