Those buns look really good. How did you make them.
I dont know. She makes them from scratch. I do know she kneads the dough and then let's it rise in a large Tupperware bowl and I think she punches it down twice, then she grabs a fist full of dough and pinches off the balls of dough. BTW the sandwich was really good but the cookies were a little weird. Apparently some things benefit from a smokeless cook.

Isn't the oven the place to keep important papers. Heard it is fire proof
