    Pulled pork for 180...

    Channeling Tenthunter...

I was asked to cook for an event at work. 180 people RSVP'd. Smoked ~65lbs of pork butts, 12x grilled mac and cheese, and 8x grilled/baked beans.

    The machinery:

The butts before (ample BPS Sweet Money Rub applied!):

    And after (half of them):

Ready for the crowd (I had another container of each dish waiting in the wings...):

A great success, thanks to products from MAK, Hasty-Bake, and BPS!

An unequivocal YES to all. The happy faces make it all worthwhile.

Plus I like being idolized by my shocked co-workers. Just a little. ;-)

Nice job, Paul, and it all looks great too!

I just did the Marching Band cookout a few weeks ago (last day of Band Camp), unfortunately I was so busy I forgot to get any more pictures other than the pork on the grill!

I'm glad you are loving your MAK!
