Hello BP !!!!!!!!!!! I had a great weekend.. I smoked Friday/ Saturday and Sunday…
In total I smoked
· 4 pork butts
· 12 slabs of baby backs
· 12 huge pork chops
· 12 ¾ lb burgers
· 64 cinnamon caramel wontons
· 24 ATB’s
· 18 sausages moinks
· 6 lbs of jerky
· 5 lbs of pig candy
· 8 sautéed sweet onions
· Sautéed mushrooms
· 48 teriyaki pork tenderloins / pineapple / onion / kings roll / sliders
· 8 baked potato’s
· 3 rounds of asparagus
SORRY No pictures……… IMO the one star is the KING…. I ran that thing to death all weekend. After 7 hours on Friday and 5 more Saturday morning. I fired it up at 10 PM Saturday night for over night butts, went directly to ribs and then the won tons… I ran it 19 hours straight……… CRAZY. Thanks for the Addiction!!!!!!!!!!

He has a two star that assissted in this cook!
