My life for the past few weeks has been mainly Drumline, & Band. I have a hankering for some good ribs, or perhaps some BBQ'd pork steaks. That's my goal for this weekend.

I was able to make it happen today! Two racks of St Louis spares with 3EYZ and BPS Money, and two tri tips with balsamic glaze and BPS Money rub are on the 2 Star now. I will post pics in the gallery later.

We had classes this weekend. We will be competing the next 3 weekends (hopefully). We are wanting to go to Bedford TX over Labor Day weekend, but they were already full by the time we went to sign up, so we are on the waiting list.
