Hi I'm just starting out BBQ and have been using a master built for about a year but now i want to upgrade to a pellet smoker.
the thing is which one?
I live in Australia so heres where I'm stuck.
from what i gather the yoder ys640 is the shit. American MADE , heavy steel etc... but the price in Aus after transport and the middle man taking a piece is around $5000 for the ys640 without many extras.
I've also been looking at the GMG and i can pick up the big wifi with all the gear i might need for around $2200.
i understand it made in china but from your guys' experience should i dish out the extra cash for a yoder?
any advice would be great. Thanks!
