IMO, the best tongs ever are my own gloved hands! Other than that, any tong will do. I don't use a fork, I never use anything that would pierce the meat other than my Thermapen. If you already have a metal spatula that should do fine. Save your money for more important things like a Thermapen, upper rack, MAK cover, rib rack, MAK WiFi module!!
