Is it possible to hold a cook?

I recently purchased a MAK 1 star and was wondering if there was a way to hold meat once cooked? The temp needed to do this would need to be between 150 and 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

Thanks in advance

The 1 star will run around 170 on the smoke set point.

Yep, I've held lots of food many times on our MAK 1 Star with it set to smoke mode. If you don't want the extra smoke, or to keep it from drying out, simply cover the food with foil.

yes just note that sometime the grill holds at 165 and sometimes at 175 and sometimes at 170, I have no idea what causes this but it at least picks one and holds

if you have chicken you might want to set it on 175 or 180 to be safe
