1st Cook/ MAK @ Star
Well, I decided on whole chickens as my first cook/smoke/grill. Why? Because chicken I love, and I have a good comparison of taste as I have cooked whole chickens on my gas grill for years, and loved them. MAK 2 delivered, assembled
Hi I'm Mike, (Okiesmokie Mike) from Tulsa. I ordered my MAK 2 from from Big Poppa last Sunday, arrived today, assembled this afternoon, very easy, especially if you have a partner for the first 15 minutes. New MAK 2 on it's way
Heard from UPS my new MAK 2 will be delivered this Friday, so I'll have it for the holiday weekend;););):) So the question today, after installation, checking out temp's, smokin some bacon, any suggestions to any other thing to do.....before cooking?- okiesmokie mike

New MAK 2 on order
After much thought and help from the forum, MeatHead, and BPS, I decided on the MAK2. Ordered today and am expecting it to deliver tomorrow;);) or maybe the day after. Look forward to learning all about pellet smoking/grilling.- okiesmokie mike
