Wow, so these turned out so much better! The smoke ring was all the way around the ribs and you could taste the smoke, but it wasn't over powering. Perfect combo in my opinion!
I recently acquired a 075 Texas model. I made my first set of ribs on the traeger yesterday. Did the 3-2-1 method with 1 hour cold smoke prior.
So far I love the maintained temps for long periods of time. Much like an oven. It also produces an ok amount of smoke.., however not enough to...
