This is my first ever attempt at ribs. I put 2 racks full pork spare ribs rubbed with Bone Sucking Sauce rub & a little salt and pepper. I am trying the 3-2-1 method but instead of 235 degrees I set the temp at 220 degrees. Using hickory pellets on my Grid Iron.

1.5# eye of round mustard slather, Traeger prime rib rub, smoked on the Grid Iron for an hour & a half. Turned heat up to 225 put in small foil pan added a little 7-up with wostershire & beef bouillon, cover with foil & cook 2 hours. Great sammies.
