Been laying low all weekend. Not as happy as RickB about the start of the College Football season (my team lost to someone it was supposed to beat!)
Decided to do some ABT's, chicken and corn on the MAK as a warm up for Labor Day.
ABT's on:
Appetizers were great. Then put on some bone in chicken thighs on with Plowboys Yardbird and Slap yo Daddy Chicken Rub from BPS:
Cut a couple of ears of corn in half and wrapped in foil with butter, salt and pepper:
Everything plated up. Chicken, corn, red beans and rice, and marinated home grown maters.
