Brisket, Bagels, and Lamb

A friend is moving, so I am holding on to his Memphis smoker until he gets situated.

On saturday we smoked some lamb and filets. The lamb was hit with balsamic glaze and BPS Little Louie's. The filet was prepared with olive oil and BPS Double Secret Steak Rub.

Saturday night at midnight, I threw on the brisket and butt. I hit the brisket with balsamic glaze and a mound of Money rub with some Little Louie's. The butt was injected with brandy and apple cider vinegar and rubbed with spicy mustard and Money rub. I forgot to snap pictures of the butt, but it came out incredible and pulled apart effortlessly after being toweled in a cooler for 4 hours.

After 2.5 hours on the smoker, I foiled the brisket with honey, butter, beef bouillon cubes, and Lipton beef onion soup mix.
