Lordy those ribs look good! I'm digging the egg, what did you sprinkle it with? Me and my girlfriend like to use Jallelujah when we make devilled eggs.
Looks great as usual Rick! Just curious, do you always use a pan of water under your ribs (or is that not water)? I haven't tried that yet. Much more moisture in the air where you cook, so I am wondering if I am missing something on my cooks.
Excellent looking ribs Rick! Ribs are my downfall, I have made some good ones but I am not consistent... I am taking another crack at 3 racks tomorrow and changing my method a little...
